Deposits

We require a deposit for all bookings: £30 for Eyelash Extensions, £50 for Dermal Filler, Anti-Wrinkle Injections and Eyebrows Tattooing.

Appointments

Please arrive on time and without any makeup on. If you have an eyelash extensions set on done by someone else, we won't be able to infill them. We can remove them (at £15) and make a fresh set. Please always inform us beforehand.

Question 3

Lateness

Accepted Answer

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee you will receive the treatment if other clients are booked in.

Question 4

Cancellations

Accepted Answer

If you wish to cancel your appointment, a 48-hour notice is required. Your deposit will simply be transferred to your next appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you might lose your deposit.

Children and Extra Guests

Please arrive to your appointment alone, we do not allow plus ones or children.
